Redesigning FutureNeuro’s Website for Greater Impact
Problem
FutureNeuro is a SFI Research Centre based in the RCSI. They work on providing improved patient care for brain related conditions through innovative therapy and research. During my time at New Graphic, we were tasked with redesigning their website to give it a fresh new look. The old website was outdated, unengaging and navigating the websites key areas (staff page and publications) was awkward and unintuitive.
Solution
Working with FutureNeuro, we created a new look with bright, engaging colour coded selections for the website. A lay summary was added to the publications, giving users a brief and accessible description of the publication. A clear filter section for both the staff and publication pages was designed to help improve navigation in those areas. The website was also built to be accessible, keeping that in mind during both the design and development stages.
